1. 服务与运营者
DailyFlora 是由独立创作者 CALFN LAU 创作和运营的数字艺术项目。联系邮箱：find@calfn.com。正式注册版可以建立服务器账户、上传参考照片、保存收藏与生成记录，并在支持时跨设备访问。
托管服务商、处理地区、保存期限及商业伙伴类别以生效时的隐私政策和上传界面为准。重大用途变化会通过注册邮箱或页面显著通知；适用法律要求单独同意或退出选择时，DailyFlora 会提供相应机制。
2. 使用资格与未成年人
- 注册和照片功能不面向未满 16 周岁的用户。未满 16 周岁者不得创建账户、上传照片或启用摄像头功能。
- 已满 16 周岁但未达到所在地法定成年年龄的用户，应取得父母或法定监护人许可。
- 中国境内不满 14 周岁的儿童、美国 COPPA 所定义的不满 13 周岁儿童，以及其他法域受特别保护的儿童，不得使用注册或照片功能。
3. 注册账户
你应提供属于自己的名称和邮箱，不得冒用他人身份，并应维护登录凭证与设备安全。正式注册版将账户、收藏和生成记录保存到服务器；部分界面偏好也可能保存在 Cookie、localStorage 或类似技术中。发现未经授权的账户活动时，请及时联系。
4. 照片、摄像头与用户材料
- 你只能选择自己拍摄、已获授权或依法有权使用的照片。
- 不得选择包含他人肖像、未成年人、身份证件、银行卡、医疗资料、精确住址、私密影像、违法内容或商业秘密的照片。
- 正式注册版会将你确认提交的照片上传到服务器，用于预览、色彩与构图分析、生成私人花束、保存生成记录、安全检查和故障恢复。
- 摄像头仅在你主动开启并授予浏览器权限后用于页面内手势识别。不得在他人不知情或不同意时拍摄、识别或记录他人。
你保留对用户材料原有的权利。提交照片时，你授予 DailyFlora 一项非独占、全球范围、免许可费、仅为接收、存储、处理、生成、向你展示、与受约束的服务商协作及按你指示删除该材料所必需的有限许可。照片不会因上传而成为 DailyFlora 的作品；用于广告、公开展示、通用模型训练或身份/生物识别档案需要额外的明确依据和适用法律要求的同意。
5. 允许与禁止的使用
你可以为个人、非商业目的浏览、收藏和生成 DailyFlora 花束。未经 CALFN LAU 书面许可，不得复制品牌视觉系统、批量抓取内容、反向工程非开源逻辑、出售页面或生成素材、去除署名、冒充官方、干扰服务安全，或利用服务侵害隐私、知识产权及其他合法权益。
6. DailyFlora 知识产权
DailyFlora 的原创创意、艺术指导、品牌与命名体系、视觉语言、花束构图规则、交互概念、产品方向和原创文案均来自 CALFN LAU。除 Credits 明确列出的开源代码和第三方素材外，相关权利由 CALFN LAU 保留。AI 工具仅提供受 CALFN LAU 指导、选择和审核的实现辅助，不是 DailyFlora 创意来源。
开源组件继续适用各自许可证；第三方图片、音乐、商标及名称归各自权利人。本条款不会缩减其许可证已经授予你的权利。
7. 生成结果
生成结果可能随日期、种子、浏览器、设备和版本变化，也可能与其他结果相似。DailyFlora 不保证任何生成结果具备独占性、可注册性或特定法域下的著作权资格。个人非商业使用许可不包含 DailyFlora 品牌、源代码、第三方素材或将结果作为官方联名商品出售的权利。
8. 预售与合作入口
“预售意向”或“#Floristplan”页面用于表达和登记兴趣，并不当然构成订单、付款、库存承诺或履约合同。正式销售开放时，应另行展示商品、价格、税费、配送、退款、售后和消费者法定权利；强制性消费者保护规定优先适用。
9. 服务变更、暂停与账户数据
DailyFlora 可为安全、维护、法律或产品原因修改或暂停功能。你可以停止使用、退出账户，并通过账户工具或隐私请求导出、删除服务器记录；Cookie 与本机偏好可通过浏览器或 Cookie 设置清除。
10. 免责声明与责任限制
服务按“现状”和“可用状态”提供，属于数字艺术与实验性交互，不提供医疗、法律、金融或植物安全建议。在适用法律允许的最大范围内，DailyFlora 不对不可避免的中断、兼容性问题、非因 DailyFlora 过错造成的数据丢失或用户未经授权上传的材料负责。本条不排除因故意或重大过失造成的责任，也不限制适用消费者法不能排除的权利。
11. 适用法律与争议
本条款原则上适用中华人民共和国法律，但你所在地不可通过合同排除的消费者、隐私和知识产权保护仍然适用。发生争议时，请先通过 find@calfn.com 联系并尝试友好解决；协商不成的，依法向有管辖权的法院或监管机构提出。

DailyFlora Terms of Use
These Terms apply to the DailyFlora website, registered member garden, reference-photo generation, camera gestures, favorites, presale-interest pages, and related experiences. By using the service, you agree to them.
1. Service and operator
DailyFlora is an independent digital-art project created and operated by CALFN LAU. Contact: find@calfn.com. The production registered version can create server accounts, upload reference photos, save favorites and generated records, and support cross-device access where available.
Hosting providers, processing regions, retention, and commercial-partner categories are described in the effective Privacy Policy and upload interface. Material purpose changes receive notice by registered email or prominent site notice; consent or opt-out controls are provided where required by law.
2. Eligibility and minors
- Registration, photo, and camera features are not offered to anyone under 16.
- Users aged 16 to the age of majority must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
- Children under 14 in China, children under 13 covered by U.S. COPPA, and children otherwise specially protected by local law must not use these features.
3. Registered accounts
Use your own name and email, do not impersonate anyone, and protect your credentials and devices. The production registered version stores accounts, favorites, and generated records on servers. Interface preferences may also use cookies, localStorage, or similar technologies. Report unauthorized account activity promptly.
4. Photos, camera, and user material
- Select only material you created, are authorized to use, or may lawfully use.
- Do not select photos containing another person's likeness, minors, identity or payment documents, health information, precise home locations, intimate content, unlawful material, or trade secrets.
- The production registered version uploads a photo you confirm to the server for preview, color/composition analysis, private-bouquet generation, record storage, security checks, and recovery.
- The camera is used for in-page gesture recognition only after you enable it and grant browser permission. Do not capture or analyze another person without their knowledge and consent.
You retain your rights in user material. On submission, you grant DailyFlora a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, limited license only as necessary to receive, store, process, generate from, display back to you, work with bound service providers, and delete the material at your direction. Uploading does not make the photo a DailyFlora work. Advertising, public display, general-model training, or identity/biometric profiling requires an additional explicit basis and any consent required by law.
5. Acceptable use
You may browse, save, and generate bouquets for personal, non-commercial use. Without written permission from CALFN LAU, you may not copy the brand system, scrape at scale, reverse engineer non-open-source logic, resell pages or assets, remove attribution, imply official endorsement, compromise security, or infringe privacy, intellectual-property, or other rights.
6. DailyFlora intellectual property
All original creative concepts, art direction, branding and naming, visual language, bouquet-composition rules, interaction concepts, product direction, and original editorial copy originate with CALFN LAU. Except for open-source code and third-party material identified in Credits, all rights are reserved by CALFN LAU. AI tools provide implementation assistance under CALFN LAU's direction, selection, and review; they are not the source of DailyFlora's creative authorship.
Open-source components remain governed by their licenses. Third-party images, audio, marks, and names remain owned by their respective rights holders.
7. Generated results
Results may change by date, seed, browser, device, and release and may resemble other outputs. DailyFlora does not promise exclusivity, registrability, or copyright eligibility in every jurisdiction. Personal-use permission does not include the DailyFlora brand, source code, third-party material, or a right to market official collaborations.
8. Presale and collaboration pages
Presale-interest and #Floristplan pages record interest; they do not by themselves create an order, payment, stock promise, or fulfillment contract. Any live sale must separately disclose goods, price, tax, delivery, returns, after-sales support, and mandatory consumer rights.
9. Changes, suspension, and account data
DailyFlora may change or suspend features for security, maintenance, legal, or product reasons. You may stop using the service, sign out, and use account tools or a privacy request to export or delete server records. Cookies and local preferences can be cleared through browser or cookie settings.
10. Disclaimers and limits
The service is provided “as is” and “as available” as digital art and experimental interaction, not medical, legal, financial, or plant-safety advice. To the extent permitted by law, DailyFlora is not responsible for unavoidable interruption, compatibility issues, data loss not caused by DailyFlora's fault, or material selected without authorization. Nothing excludes liability for intent or gross negligence or limits non-waivable consumer rights.
11. Law and disputes
These Terms are generally governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, while mandatory consumer, privacy, and intellectual-property protections in your place of residence continue to apply. Contact find@calfn.com first for an informal resolution; unresolved matters may be brought before a competent court or regulator.

Material changes will receive an updated effective date and, where required, prominent notice or renewed consent. Contact find@calfn.com.
