1. 原创创意全部来自 CALFN LAU
DailyFlora 的项目概念、艺术指导、品牌名称与语言、每日花束观念、视觉系统、花束构图与植物角色规则、交互概念、Clock Mode、手势观看方式、SciFi Flora、#Floristplan、产品方向及最终审美判断，全部由 CALFN LAU 提出、指导、选择、修改并确认。
AI 工具仅在 CALFN LAU 的具体指令和持续审核下协助代码实现、排错、翻译草稿与生产工作。AI 辅助不构成 DailyFlora 创意来源，也不取代 CALFN LAU 对选材、取舍、编排和最终表达的原创贡献。
2. 受保护的 DailyFlora 内容
除另有明确许可外，© 2026 CALFN LAU。保留所有权利。保护范围包括但不限于原创文案、图形与页面编排、视觉资产、花束与花型设计、动画与交互编排、生成系统的原创选择与组织、源代码中的原创部分、品牌标识、命名以及项目文档。
3. 不在上述主张范围内的内容
- Three.js、MediaPipe 及其他开源软件仍适用各自许可证和版权声明。
- 第三方素材归各自权利人。
- 用户选择或提交的照片和文字，其原始权利仍由用户或原权利人持有。
- 事实、公共领域材料、通用思想以及依法不受著作权保护的元素不因本说明而成为 CALFN LAU 的专有权利。
4. 允许的使用
你可以为个人、非商业目的正常浏览网站、保存页面链接和使用网站明确提供的交互功能。法律允许的引用、评论、教学、研究、新闻报道或其他合理使用/法定例外不受本说明限制，但应在适用时标明 DailyFlora / CALFN LAU 与来源链接。
5. 需要事先书面许可的使用
未经许可，不得将 DailyFlora 的品牌、页面、花束视觉、动画、文案、代码或产品体系用于商业销售、广告、训练数据集、NFT/代币、模板转售、批量复制、镜像站、冒充合作、去除署名，或制作足以造成官方来源混淆的衍生产品。许可申请：find@calfn.com。
6. 用户材料与生成结果
你保留自己材料的权利，并保证有权使用。当前照片本机处理不会把照片版权转让给 DailyFlora。生成结果的可保护性与权利范围因法域、输入、人工贡献和第三方元素而异；DailyFlora 不保证结果独占或必然获得著作权。DailyFlora 品牌与第三方素材不随生成结果一并授权。
7. 权利通知与下架请求

8. 商标与署名

This notice separates DailyFlora's original authorship from user material, open-source software, and third-party media. Attribution does not alter any underlying ownership.
1. All original creative direction originates with CALFN LAU
The DailyFlora concept, art direction, brand name and language, one-bouquet-per-day idea, visual system, composition and botanical-role rules, interaction concepts, Clock Mode, gesture viewing, SciFi Flora, #Floristplan, product direction, and final aesthetic decisions were conceived, directed, selected, revised, and approved by CALFN LAU.
AI tools assist implementation, debugging, draft translation, and production under CALFN LAU's specific direction and continuing review. AI assistance is not the source of DailyFlora's creative authorship and does not replace CALFN LAU's original selection, arrangement, rejection, and final expression.
2. Protected DailyFlora material
Unless expressly licensed otherwise: © 2026 CALFN LAU. All rights reserved. Protected material includes original copy, graphics and page arrangements, visual assets, bouquet and flower-form design, animation and interaction choreography, original selection and organization in the generative system, original source-code portions, branding, naming, and project documentation.
3. Exclusions
- Three.js, MediaPipe, and other open-source software remain under their own licenses and notices.
- Third-party material remains with its respective rights holders.
- Users and original rights holders retain rights in photos and text they select or submit.
- Facts, public-domain material, general ideas, and elements not protected by law are not claimed as CALFN LAU's exclusive property.
4. Permitted use
You may normally browse the site, save links, and use expressly provided interactions for personal, non-commercial purposes. Statutory quotation, criticism, teaching, research, reporting, fair use/fair dealing, and other legal exceptions remain available; identify DailyFlora / CALFN LAU and link to the source where appropriate.
5. Uses requiring written permission
Permission is required to use DailyFlora branding, pages, bouquet visuals, animation, copy, code, or product system for commercial sale, advertising, training datasets, NFTs/tokens, template resale, bulk copying, mirror sites, false collaboration claims, removed attribution, or derivatives likely to imply an official source. Contact find@calfn.com.
6. User material and generated results
You retain rights in your material and confirm you may use it. Current local photo processing transfers no photo copyright to DailyFlora. Protectability of generated results varies by jurisdiction, input, human contribution, and third-party elements; exclusivity or copyright is not guaranteed. DailyFlora marks and third-party material are not licensed with an output.
7. Rights notices
A rights notice should identify the claimant, protected work, exact URL, basis of the claim, requested action, and a good-faith accuracy statement. Send it to find@calfn.com. 8. Marks and attribution
